There’s just one problem I see. States are generally recognized as sovereign entities in their own right, albeit lesser sovereigns than the Federal Government. Subjecting them to the jurisdiction of a Bankruptcy Judge would probably require a Constitutional Amendment.. Ontario Bankruptcy
