NHK also said police armed with firehouse may drive up to the injured reactors and try to flood them with water. Gregory Jaczko, head of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, told Congress on Wednesday afternoon that unit 4 at the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan had no water left in its containment pool, based on information obtained by the U.S.

Corporation hungry for more money using Amazon to get to the people.
After two-months of fence-sitting, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn today signedcontroversial legislation requiring Internet retailers likeAmazon.com andOverstock.com to collect Illinois’ 6.25% sales tax if they have affiliate sellers in the state. House Bill 3659, the Mainstreet Fairness Bill, was passed by the state’s lame duck legislature in early January. Since then, the bill has been the subject of fierce lobbying by traditional bricks and mortar retailers, who supported it, and Illinois-based Internet-only businesses, who warned that if Quinn didn’t veto it some of them would flee the state. Had Quinn done nothing, the bill would have become law tomorrow without his signature.
Amazon has already said it will terminate its Illinois affiliates, just as it has said it will drop 10,000 California based “associates” if similar legislation pending in that state becomes law. Affiliates are paid a fee by Amazon and other retailers for sales brought in through advertisements and links on the affiliates’ web sites. In an escalating PR war, Wal-Mart, Sears, Best Buy and Barnes & Noble have all issued public invitations to Amazon’s spurned associates to join their affiliate marketing programs instead. Yesterday, the Alliance for Main Street Fairness, a bricks and mortar retailers organization, even announced a new web site to connect affiliates “about to get thrown under the bus” by online-only sellers  with retailers who already collect sales taxes on line.  Quinn’s office said today that the affiliate matchmaking service had been launched at his request.
In a statement, Scott Kluth, founder and CEO of Chicago-based CouponCabin.com called the Governor’s approval of the bill “deeply disappointing” and said he is “actively exploring” moving his seven year-old business to Indiana. Kluth, a long time resident of Chicago, had previously threatened such a move, telling Forbes, “I can see Indiana form the roof of our business.”
But Quinn, a Democrat, described the law as necessary to put the state’s “main street businesses” on “a level playing field” with online retailers and to protect main street jobs. In a statement issued by Quinn’s office, David Vite, president of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association  praised the law as a matter of “fairness for retailers, fairness for the economy but most importantly, fairness for taxpayers.”
Under a 1992 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, only sellers with a physical presence (“nexus” in taxspeak) in a state are required to collect that state’s sales taxes. Just shipping into a state by say, FedEx or UPS, isn’t enough to establish nexus. Consumers buying online still owe “use” (meaning sales) tax to their states, but few bother to pay. The Illinois Department of Revenue figures it loses between $153 million and $170 million in revenue a year from Internet sales on which taxes are due, but not collected.
The new Illinois law is modeled on one adopted by New York in 2008. While Amazon has been challenging (so far unsuccessfully) the constitutionality of that law in court, it has kept its New York affiliates and now collects New York sales tax on purchases shipped to the Empire State. (It also collects for shipments to its home state of Washington, as well as North Dakota, Kansas, and Kentucky.) After Rhode Island and North Carolina adopted copycat “Amazon” laws in 2009, Amazon ended its marketing deals with sites based in those states. It also jettisoned affiliates based in Colorado, which adopted a law requiring Internet sellers who don’t collect sales tax to report sales to the state. (A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction blocking the Colorado law.) In addition to California, the states of Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Minnesota, Mississippi, and Vermont are all now considering Amazon laws.
As Forbes suggested here, Amazon’s days of sales tax collection free selling may be numbered for another reason: Amazon’s growing network of warehouse and fulfillment centers. Last year, the Texas Comptroller sent Amazon a bill for $269 million for four years of back sales taxes, based on an Amazon warehouse there. Amazon insists the warehouse doesn’t give it nexus. But last Month, it told its Texas employees that it would close the warehouse, throwing 110 of them out of work.

Pigford v. Glickman


"In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States
Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly
denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the period
1983 to 1997."

The case was entitled "Pigford v. Glickman" and in 1999, the black
farmers won their case.

The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 to
settle their claims.

But then on February 23, 2010, something shocking happened in
relation to that original judgment: In total silence, the USDA
agreed to release more funds to "Pigford".

The amount was a staggering...... $1.25 billion. This was
because the original number of plaintiffs - 400 black farmers -had
now.. swollen in a class action suit to include a total of 86,000
black farmers throughout America ..

There was only one teensy problem:

The United States of America doesn't have 86,000 black farmers!!!!

According to accurate and totally verifiable Official USDA 2007
Census census data, the total number of black farmers throughout
America is only 39,697.

Hmmm... by the Official USDA 1992 Census data the US had only 18,816
black farmers!!

Oops!!

Well, gosh - how on earth did 39,697 explode into the fraudulent
86,000 claims??

And how did $50,000 explode into $1.25 billion??

Well, folks, you'll just have to ask the woman who not only
spearheaded this case because of her position in 1997 at the
"Rural Development Leadership Network" but whose family received
the highest single payout (approximately $13 million) from that
action -Shirley Sherrod.

Oops again !!

Yes, folks. It appears that Ms. Sherrod had just unwittingly
exposed herself as the perpetrator of one of the biggest fraud
claims in the history of the United States - - a fraud enabled
solely because she screamed racism at the government and cowed
them into submission.

And it gets even more interesting.

Ms. Sherrod has also exposed the person who aided and abetted her
in this race fraud.

As it turns out, the original judgment of "Pigford v. Glickman"
in 1999 only applied to a total of about 16,000 black farmers.

But.... in 2008, a junior US Senator got a law passed to reopen
the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds.

The Senator was Barack Hussein Obama.

Because this law was passed in dead silence, and because the woman
responsible for spearheading it was an obscure USDA official,
American taxpayers did not realize that they had just been forced
in the midst of a worldwide recession to pay out more than $1.25
billion to settle a race claim.

But Andy Breitbart knew. And July 22, 2010, he cleverly laid a trap
which Sherrod - - and Obama + his cronies - - stumbled headfirst
into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the
existence of this corrupt financial judgment.


As for Ms. Sherrod?? Well, she's discovering too late that her cry
of 'racism' to the media which was intended to throw the spotlight
on Breitbart has instead thrown that spotlight on herself - and
the huge corruption.

Sherrod has vanished from public view.

But the perpetrator of that law passed in dead silence leading to
unlawful claims & corruption..... is still trying to fool all of US.

Obama Warned Is Preparing World For Return Of “The Moon God”

A red file top secret report prepared by the Federal Security Service (FSB) for Prime Minister Putin in response to Chechen Islamist rebel leader Doku Umarov’s declaration of war against the Russian Federation warns that American-Muslim forces backed by United States President Barack Obama are behind the Global revolt of Arab Nations in a “deliberate attempt” to unleash upon our World the prophesied redeemer of Islam known as the Mehdi, otherwise known as “One of the Moon”, believed by over 1 Billion of the faithful will return to Earth for the “Day of Judgment”.
Not being told to the American people about Obama was his being placed into office by combined power of the United States top military leaders and the Persian Nation of Iran in their combined attempt to avert World War III, and as we had previously reported on in our October 25, 2008 report “Iranian Leader In Secret Meet With Obama At US Military Stronghold In Hawaii” and our February 4, 2009 report “Russia “Shocked” Over $18 Billion Iran Payment To Obama After Failed US-Backed Saudi Coup”.
According to this FSB red file report, America’s top military and political leaders were put into shock in early February, 2004, when the Pentagon released their top secret file on Global weather changes to then President George W. Bush warning that our World was on the brink of near total destruction.
Though this dire report was never published by the US propaganda media, a copy of it was secreted to London’s Guardian Observer newspaper who in publishing it, in part, stated:
In the 7 years since this Pentagon top secret report was released its grim findings have become terrifyingly true, and as we had, also, previously reported on many times, including our February 6, 2011 report “New Superstorms Warned Have ‘Doomed’ World Food Production”.
The FSB further states in their red file report that America’s top military leaders realized that the only way their Nation was going to survive through the 21stCentury was if they secured for themselves the vital oil and gas fields of the Middle East and Central Asia, but to do so could, also, see them destroyed in an all-out war.
The United States quest for total Global dominance of as much energy resources as possible began in the early 1990’s, when along with their NATO allies they destroyed the European Nation of Yugoslavia to gain the vital pipeline access needed to supply Europe from the vast Central Asian oil fields and invaded Iraq in what is now referred to as the First Persian Gulf War to gain that Middle East Nations oil and gas supplies too.
Unfortunately for the Americans, however, was that prior to their completely occupying Iraq in February, 1991, threats from Saudi Arabia and other Arab Nation war coalition allies thwarted a complete takeover thus necessitating a Second Persian Gulf War, and which after the events of September 11, 2001, no one was able to stop.
As a sort of 9/11 ‘bonus’ the US was, also, able to invade Afghanistan, where even as that war still rages on, massive pipelines for Central Asian gas and oil controlled by America are being constructed with no let up.
But, in order to gain the total Global dominance they need, this FSB red file report continues, the US realized they would have to take over the entire Middle East utilizing their only “natural” ally in the region with the power to collaborate with, Iran.
The choice of Iran by the Americans, the FSB says, is due to many critical factors, most important being, that aside from the Persians vast oil and gas reserves (Iran’s gas reserves are the largest in the World), any war against them would not only destroy their oil and gas pumping facilities and pipelines for at least a generation, any Iranian counteract would include destroying the oil and gas fields of Iraq, Saudi Arabia and all other Gulf Nations the West would be powerless to stop and would plunge to entire World into chaos.
Important to note, this FSB red file report continues, is Iran’s decades long support of American military and political leaders, and which, in part, include the secret negotiations leading to Iran holding their American hostages in order for Ronald Reagan to defeat President Jimmy Carter in the 1980 US election (known as the October Surprise), and the sale by the US to Iran of much needed military equipment during the 1980’s. (known as the Iran-Contra Affair)
America’s bowing to Arab pressure not to topple Saddam Hussein (1937-2006) during the First Persian Gulf War was a blow to Iran, who just two years earlier had concluded the 20th Century’s longest conventional war (September, 1980 to August, 1988) against Iraq that cost both Nations over 1 million lives and $1 Trillion in cost and damages and believed the “false promises” of the West.
Now at this point it is important for the reader to understand that Persian Iran and the Arab Middle East are century’s long enemies even though they are all consider as being Islamic Nations.  The reason for this being so is due to the Iranians being Shiite Muslims, which constitute 10–20% of Islam and are its second-largest branch, and the Arab Nations who are Sunni Muslims, which are the largest group in Islam comprising the vast bulk (80-90%) of the World's 1.5 Billion Muslims. [Note: Indonesia is the largest Sunni Muslim Nation in the World with over 202 million followers.]
Prior to America’s 2003 invasion of Iraq, this red file report continues, the Pentagon staged a $250 million war-game against Iran which they lost in the initial assault, and as we can, in part, read from the classified report as reported by the New York Times News Service:
A subsequent Harvard University war simulation between Iran and the United States showed, again, American losing with an even greater threat of a World War occurring due to Russia and Chinajoining the conflict should the US Congress impose sanctions of the Iranians.
Israel’s Tel Aviv University’s Institute for National Security Studies, also, conducted a secret US-Israeli-Iran war game simulation further showing the Iranians as the victor.
So, this FSB red file report continues, with the Americans having “no other choice”, they concluded their “only survival option” was to ally themselves with Iran, but which the Iranians refused to do unless the United States installed as their President a devout Muslim, and which they did with the engineered election of Barack Obama.
Shortly after taking office, President Obama traveled to the Arab Middle East where he gave his first speech to the Muslim World in Egypt where, in part, he said:
Not being told by Obama, to either the Muslim World or the American people, in this speech was that those of the “Muslim faith in Chicago communities” he was working for is known as theNation of Islam and headed by Louis Farrakhan and labeled by the United States Southern Poverty Law Center as a “hate group”.
This was a deliberate omission by Obama as we had previously reported on in our August 26, 2010 report “President Barack Obama: Friend or Foe? You’re Going To Be Surprised!” that detailed the extensive Islamic plot currently unfolding in America today said by the FSB to be mainly financed by Saudi Arabia.
After leaving Egypt (June, 2009) Obama traveled to Saudi Arabia where aside from meeting King Abdullah [photo top second left Obama bowing to the Saudi monarch] he then covertly met with a cabal of Saudi dissidents headed by Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud (also known as Bander Bush for his close ties to former US President George W. Bush) who was the Saudi Ambassador to the United States from 1983 to 2005 and who was chosen by the US military to stage a coup thus weakening Iran’s major enemy in Persian Gulf and Arab World at large. [Note: By 2009, the US military had already eliminated invasion threats to Iran by destroying both Saddam Hussein’s Iraq and the Taliban of Afghanistan, both of whom were enemies of the Iranians.]
During the first week of August, 2009, the US plot to topple King Abdullah was discovered and Prince Bandar, along with over 200 of his cohorts, was jailed with none of them having been heard from since.
With the US failing to topple the Saudi regime, and more Nations by the day opting out of using the US Dollar as a reserve currency for trading in oil, the Americans then unleashed an unprecedented attack upon the whole Sunni Arab World by secretly releasing thousands of secret US diplomatic cables through the whistleblowing website WikiLeaks detailing the obscene wealth and corruption of these despotic regimes thus ensuring the collapse of nearly every Arab government posing any kind of threat to Iran, especially Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Important to note, this FSB red file report continues, is that the wave of revolt currently sweeping the Sunni Arab World are due to not only the release of these once secret US diplomatic cables through WikiLeaks, but also through their dissemination through the giant Internet search engine Google and the social networking site Facebook, both of whom are Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) creations. [Note: Russia has not been immune to these CIA backed WikiLeaks attacks when after President Medvedev vowed to move closer to Iran and recognized the independence of Palestine a secret US diplomatic cable alleged that Prime Minister Putin was building a $1 Billion palace.]
As the Sunni Arab World continues to be rocked by revolution and mass protests, the only leader, so far, to speak out about what is being done was Yemen's president Ali Abdullah Saleh, who in speaking before a group of university students Tuesday said, “They (the protests) are being directed by the White House and the control center for destabilizing the Arab world is in Tel Aviv.”   
President Saleh than did an ‘about face’ and called the White House on Wednesday to apologize for accusing the Obama administration of working with Israel against Arab countries, after which his opposition forces offered him a “smooth exit” from power.
Most important to understand about all of these events, concludes this FSB red file report, is that the United States and Iran’s “main goal” is to establish throughout the Sunni Arab World aconfederation of Islamic regimes, and to those that “cooperate” their leaders can live, but for those who don’t, they will die.
Those Sunni Arab Nations that have succumbed to the US and Iran include Iraq, Oman, Yemen and Djibouti, all of whom are being allowed by the West to violently suppress protests with little or none Western press coverage of the atrocities being committed.
Those that have opposed America and Iran’s will have been Egypt’s president Hosni Mubarak, Tunisia’s president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and Libya’s ruler Muammar Gaddafi, two of whom are already removed from power, the other soon to be, and all as an ‘object lesson’ of the high cost to be paid for not obeying their new masters.
Those yet to choose are Saudi Arabia and Jordan, their fates remain uncertain.
The ‘odd men out’, so to speak, in these latest moves of The Great Game are Israel and Turkey, both of whom are powerful enough in their own right and able, should they deem to do so, capable of destroying the United States and Iran’s plan for total Global energy dominance should they be ‘backed into a corner’.
Though Israel is, by far, the smallest of these Great Nations involved, its possession of an estimated 400 nuclear weapons assures its place in at The Great Game table, and with Turkey’s recently concluded secret war games with China it too cannot be ignored.
And, perhaps, most of all to note is that while Obama was preparing to ascend to the Presidency of the United States, his now defacto partner, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, surprised not only many Westerners but also many Iranians when, during his first speech at the United Nations, he prayed for the hasty return of the Hidden Imam, the Mahdi….“The Moon God”.
Perhaps even more important to note, especially when viewed in the light of China’s military being able to assemble an army of hundreds-of millions, its survival dependent upon Middle Eastern oil both it and the US cannot both possess, and the water crisis in the Middle East fast drying up all of its major rivers, is the warning contained in the Christian Bible’s Book of Revelation of the end times which says:
“And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
And the number of the army of the horsemen were 200 million: and I heard the number of them.

THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK IS A PRIVATE COMPANY.

Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution states that Congress shall have the power to coin (create) money and regulate the value thereof. Today however, the FED, which is a privately owned company, controls and profits by printing money through the Treasury, and regulating its value.

The FED began with approximately 300 people or banks that became owners (stockholders purchasing stock at $100 per share - the stock is not publicly traded) in the Federal Reserve Banking System. They make up an international banking cartel of wealth beyond comparison (Reference 1, 14). The FED banking system collects billions of dollars (Reference 8, 17) in interest annually and distributes the profits to its shareholders. The Congress illegally gave the FED the right to print money (through the Treasury) at no interest to the FED. A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.
According to this SVR report,



Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.
The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.


Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Posts columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump.”
Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.
The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.”
Going from the chilling to the outright scary, about whatever “disaster” the American regime is preparing their people for, is Obama’s Homeland Security Department, through their Ready.Gov organization, beginning to air this past week a public service television commercial titled "World Upside Down" that shows a typical family sitting in their home suddenly losing all of its gravity and warning all who watch it to begin preparing.
Note: In our previous reports US Descends Into Total Police State As 2012 ‘Solar Chaos’ Fears Grow, Pole Shift Blamed For Russian Air Disaster, Closure Of US Airport and Poisonous Space Clouds Slamming Into Earth Cause Mass Bird And Fish Deaths we had detailed some of fears the US government are most worried about, but which they still will not be truthful to their citizens about.
Interesting to note about the assassination of Judge Roll is that it is being blamed on a “lone gunman” said to be mentally unstable (aren’t they all) said directed at a US Congresswoman named Gabrielle Giffords [photo 3rd left], who survived this mass killing, and that killed at least 5 other innocent people, including a 9-year-old girl named Christina Taylor Green “curiously” born on September 11, 2001 (9/11).
Equally interesting to note about the assassin, a 22-year-old man named Jared Loughner, is that he is being described by the propaganda media organs in the US as an “anti-government” type individual who prior to this mass killing is said to have left “crazed rantings” on the Internet, but whose “handler”, described as a white male between 40-50 years old with dark hair, is still being sought after.
The circumstances surrounding Judge Roll’s assassination by Loughner, also, mirror those of Farouk Abdulmutallab (aka The Underwear Bomber) who “used cash to buy a one-way ticket to the United States at the last minute while carrying no luggage and being on a terrorist watch list. Incredibly, his father had communicated to the US Embassy in Nigeria in November that Abdulmutallab had been radicalized and may be planning a terrorist attack.
At least one witness—passenger Kurt Haskell—claimed that a well-dressed Indian man had escorted Abdulmutallab to the ticket counter and told a ticket agent that Abdulmutallab didn’t have a passport but needed to get on the plane.”
To if this Loughner is able to join the long list of CIA/US Military “mind controlled” assassins there appears to be no doubt as his actions, past, present and future, shows his fitting the “profile” of these maniacs as detailed in the massive lawsuit currently wending its way through the US Federal Court system [United States District Court Northern District Of California, San Francisco Division Case: CV-09-0037] filed against the US government by hundreds of veterans, and as we can read as reported by the Raw Story news service:
“It's well known that the CIA began testing substances like LSD on soldiers beginning in the 1950s but less is known about allegations that the agency implanted electrodes in subjects. A 2009 lawsuit claimed that the CIA intended to design and test septal electrodes that would enable them to control human behavior. The lawsuit said that because the government never disclosed the risks, the subjects were not able to give informed consent.”
To if the American people will ever be told the truth about Loughner and his assassination of Judge Roll there seems little doubt as the Obama regime is fighting with everything it has to keep the information on these “mind controlled” assassins secret, and as we can read as reported by the Courthouse News service:
“The Central Intelligence Agency in January (2011) will argue for dismissal of Vietnam veterans' claims that the CIA must provide them with information about the health effects of chemicals used on them during Cold War-era human experiments. The CIA also claims it is not obligated to provide the veterans with medical care for side effects of the drugs. It's the CIA's third attempt to get the case dismissed.
“In a 2009 federal lawsuit, Vietnam Veterans of America claimed that the Army and CIA had used at least 7,800 soldiers as guinea pigs in "Project Paperclip." They were given at least 250 and as many as 400 types of drugs, among them sarin, one of the most deadly drugs known to man, amphetamines, barbiturates, mustard gas, phosgene gas and LSD.
Among the project's goals were to control human behavior, develop drugs that would cause confusion, promote weakness or temporarily cause loss of hearing or vision, create a drug to induce hypnosis and identify drugs that could enhance a person's ability to withstand torture.
The veterans say that some of the soldiers died, and others suffered grand mal seizures, epileptic seizures and paranoia. The veterans say the CIA promised in the 1970s to compensate those who were made guinea pigs, but the 2009 complaint states that the government "never made a sincere effort to locate the survivors."
In its 32-page motion to dismiss the group's third amended complaint, the CIA claims it has no legal obligation under the Administrative Procedures Act to provide the veterans with notice of the drugs' health effects and that the veterans' notice claim "rests solely on state common-law duty."
The CIA claims that the law on which the veterans base their claim for health care compensation stems from the Department of Defense and Army regulations, "which do not purport to have a binding affect on the CIA." And it claims that the Defense Department "never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs."
Based upon the CIA’s assertion that the US Defense Department “never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs” clearly shows their knowing of the existence of these “mind control” assassins, like Loughner, leading one to wonder how many more of them are out there, and even worse, when they will strike next.
One can only hope that there is some “power” in America today able to stop the madness currently taking over that once great nation before all is truly lost, we hope it is much sooner than later for all of the worlds sake.
