The physical movement of We The People rising up out of the ashes began around the end of January - beginning of February 2010.
(As I have time, I will write more details between then and now.)
But what's more important right now is that . . .
At 8:15 p.m. on September 23, 2010, the men and women of the 50 republics who had already taken the step to cast their allegiance to a Republic by signing 2 Declarations, and who understood what it meant to step out from under the U. S. corporation umbrella of enslavement, voted an actual functional Republic government onto the land of this country, the first time since 1860!
WHAT THIS MEANS IN PLAIN ENGLISH is that there is a connected grass roots movement of people in all 50 (states) Republics. We began in February and today there is an elected, established body of people who are the interim national government which is now in existence in this country (pay attention - - - interim means temporary, a means to an end, men and women for the time being who will do a job of bringing about the conditions which will allow every person of voting age to participate in a de jure election, i.e. lawful vs de facto = false, i.e. color of law which is trickery and deception).
On the land, in each re-established, re-inhabited, restored Republic (50 within this nation) is an adopted"StateName" Settlement Constitution (or it's being created at this moment) by the de jure Republic men and women in that respective State/Republic.
Today, right now, having risen up out of the ashes throughout this country are designated, by name, physical men and women who have taken an oath to be, in the de jure:
NATIONAL:
an interim President
an interim Vice-President
an interim Congress (500 Delegates; 100 Statesmen)
- - representing the Legislatures of the 50 Republics
5 interim Supreme Court Justices
an interim Presidential Cabinet (20 or so)
a National Press and PR Committee

STATE / REPUBLIC:
an interim Governor in each Republic (50)
an interim Attorney General in each Republic (50)
a state Legislature of a minimum of 12 interim representatives to date
a federal-jurisdiction Chief Justice in each Republic (50)
a federal-jurisdiction de jure Grand Jury in each Republic with officers and an Operating Document (27+ over the age of 25)
a federal-jurisdiction court of a clerk, recorder, and baliff
a state-jurisdiction Chief Justice in each Republic (50)
. . . current formation of a state-jurisdiction de jure Grand Jury in each republic with officers and an Operating Document (27+ over the age of 25)
a state-jurisdiction court of a clerk, recorder, and baliff
. . . and continued formation of both the federal- and state-jurisdiction Chief
Justices, Courts, and de jure Grand Juries in each county and large city throughout each Republic throughout the country/nation. (SOLUTION to the problems in this country: We need YOU, i.e. We The People, to be these "Chief Justices - de jure Court - de jure Grand Jury people" and then YOU will be the one helping to determine de jure, Constitutional, lawful "justice.")
- - We have an Ambassador (not interim) in each Republic charged with the Educational and Public Relations program to give opportunity to each and every man and woman settled in his/her Republic to sign a

3. Jural Covenant of Office for "state" Republic (for jury participation)

- - AND the Assembly is all the other Americans who have joined their Republic government in order to re-establish a working Republic on this land, and to no longer go forth with the socialist "democracy (a cover-up word for socialism as a democracy is based on the 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto)," nor the Marxist movement by the so-called elected "servants" throughout this land.

The "charge" of the State Republic's Ambassador and the Assembly is to "go out, go forth" and tell - teach - speak - educate - answer questions in order to give everyone the opportunity to know the who-what-where-why-when-and how of the corporation they're currently in as a U. S. Citizen, and to be able to step over to a Republic (say the Pledge of Allegiance, or read the federal constitution regarding the "Republic" and that form of government).
