All problems such as IRS, child support, traffic cases, taxes, liens, and mortgages are basically a FEDERAL CORPORATION problem. They are not an Assembly, County, or State Republic problem. It takes the Jural and County assemblies to build the state Republics and their state Republic governments but these and their grand juries do not have jurisdiction standing to deal with FEDERAL CORPORATION problems.
All the current courts in operation and judges and law enforcement agencies are nothing but FEDERAL personnel of the FEDERAL CORPORATION operating by public policy.
To solve any problem you have to deal with it; in proper standing at jurisdictional level. The federal judiciary branch has jurisdictional standing to deal with cases of federal nature. Our federal government is now a foreign FEDERAL CORPORATION and has by contract created programs and caused most Americans to waive their state sovereignty and to become 14th amendment Federal citizens. Thereby all issues that we people are facing today are of a federal nature and no state or county court or their grand juries have jurisdiction to hear cases and to allow access to the Constitution. There is only one remedy for all problems of FEDERAL CORPORATION nature for people that are dissatisfied with public policy. Congress passed the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976 for those Americans who want access to the Constitution. This is accessed only through the judicial power of the United States, which was commonly referred to by the founding fathers as the third branch of the federal government Article III of the Constitution.
All the state Republics that are with the union have an operation of state government; but also have delegated by Constitution the vestment of the United States Judicial Power in an ordained one supreme Court and congressional established inferior courts . These inferior courts are known as Federal District Courts that are located within the state Republic by district to serve the state Republic people when they have a case of federal nature or when the state does not have jurisdictional standing of the case. The state Republic government and the County governments and their grand juries do not have jurisdictional standing to deal with FEDERAL CORPORATION issues. That is how our Constitution was set up.
Building the Republic from the ground up with the Declaration of Sovereign Rights, County Settlement Constitution, and state Republic Constitution is necessary and lays the absolute groundwork necessary to provide remedy but all cases anymore against the America people are of FEDERAL nature and the only remedy is the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act accessed by a United States Judicial Power Article III Court.


Steps of Action for Remedy


The first step is to seat a federal Attorney general in the state to act as prosecutor.
The next step of action is to establish a United States Federal District Justice so the people in the state Republic have access to their remedy for FEDERAL cases.
The third step is to have the federal District Justice call the Federal Grand jury into action.
The fourth step is to have cases presented to the Federal Grand Jury and tried by the Federal Jury and then taken to the enforcement arm for the Republic.
