Not Saying the initial action of the home owner correct, but he did try to make peace and an apology. I can understand the frustration the homeowner feels, we as homeowners try to keep up, along with raising a family, working, etc.
He must of been tired of the huge mound of snow at the bottom of his drive just after cleaning it.
It sounds to me Just another reason for the de fact government to issue more bonds on us as HUMAN BEINGS.... Fines and Jail.....
